Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned due to freshness standards. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at regal.reserve@outlook.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds
